What You’ll Do
To drive $116,000 in new business revenue monthly by generating conversations with NEW potential clients (lead generation) and recouping and re-setting leads who didn’t initially close (follow-up).
Time
This is a full time, 40 hours / week position
You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough calendar space to 20 Units SOLD
Be available to communicate through slack 8am-6pm EST daily
This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere

Description
$116,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum)
○ 20 units of our ALPHALEADS OFFER @ $5,800 price point
○ Take 3-4 inbound calls per day, 5 days per week. Approximately 80 per month.
○ FYI - You will be expected to hit your numbers regardless of inbound lead flow○ Have 40 available 60-minute calendar slots available per week
25% minimum “live call” closing ratio
○ Morning Huddles via zoom, 11amEST Monday - Friday
○ End of Day report
○ Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM
Compensation
Commission
■ Front-End Units - 10% commission
■ Right now $5800 Most Popular
■ PIF bonus of 200 per PIF
Bonuses: 500 per 58k generated given you hit 40% of cash collected
On Track Earnings:
Calculation Without Bonuses
■ 80 Appointments Per Month (4x20 slots)
■ 25% closing ratio = 20 units sold
■ 580 per unit * 20 = $11,600/month (before bonuses)
Calculation With Bonuses
■ Bonus structure is following:
● 500 per 58k sold
■ 5800 * 20 units = $116,000
● This is $1000 bonus
■ Final OTE: $12.6K/M ($151,200 per year)■ This is if you hit the bare minimum numbers required to stay on the team; Your potential income can be anywhere from 15-20k/month!
